As the President of Arrow Insurance Service, Inc., Ray has been involved in over 2,000 swimming pool related insurance claims since 1982. He is the exclusive insurance broker for both the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) and The Swimming Pool Association of Hawaii (SPAH).
Lin Estrada – Senior Account Executive
Lin received her insurance agent’s license in 2001 and has been in the insurance industry since 1996. Her areas of responsibility include commercial general liability, workers compensation, and product liability coverage for our pool and spa service, construction and manufacturing clients. Lin is involved in the swimming pool industry 24/7 as she has family in the pool service industry.
